My shipment was not delivered

Initially, we recommend you check the status of your shipment in Track & Trace.

If the status of your shipment has not changed for a couple of days, this could be for a number of reasons including incorrect shipping address, the shipment was damaged and had to be re-packed safely, etc.

If this situation arises please contact the consignor of your shipment.

How can I change the agreed delivery date?

You can change the agreed delivery date when the delivering terminal calls you to arrange your delivery.

Can the shipment be delivered to my neighbour?

Can the shipment be delivered from the kerbside to the final point of usage?

Due to our delivery conditions and liability reasons it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the final point of use, but we will ensure the safe transport to kerbside.

What can I do if there are articles missing?

Please contact your supplier from whom you ordered your shipment.

Can Rhenus install my delivered technical devices?

Unfortunately we do not offer installation services.

Can Rhenus dispose my residual waste?

As we do not offer this service we cannot dispose of your residual waste.

Can I exchange my old device to the new delivered device?

We do not offer a disposal service for old devices therefore we cannot exchange the new against the old devices.

How do I report a technical problem with the website?
